HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a very small team of humans, and there may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
We Ship from Byron Bay Australia.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address. We will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee and ask that you resubmit your order.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
We ship within Australia and globally, and offer In-Store Pick Up.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cloud Hidden, Byron Bay. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11am - 1pm on all weekdays.

Estimated Delivery time within Australia, Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days
We offer free Shipping within Australia on orders over $200.
Estimated Delivery time Internationally, Standard Shipping:
USA - 8 to 10 Business Days
UK - 6 to 12 Business Days
Other Destinations - 15 to 25 days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cloud Hidden is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cloudhidden.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
